The Project Manager
The Project Manager is your key contact, and follows your project from start to finish. Many projects require teams of translators and editors, development of technical glossaries to ensure consistency, and advanced reformatting. The Project Manager coordinates all of this and more, ensuring that you receive an accurate translation by deadline.
The Translator
For more than three decades we have developed a powerful core of hundreds of technical translators. We understand the depth and range of their subject and language knowledge. Having the right translator for the job is the most critical step in quality assurance. The Project Manager selects a translator highly skilled in both the language pair and the topic of your document.
The Editor
Editors provide the final step in quality assurance. We check for accuracy of technical terminology, formatting and grammar. We read for content to be sure that the translation makes perfect sense to an informed reader. If the document is highly technical, an editor with special subject knowledge provides the final review.
Scheduling
A demanding technical document often entails assembling a team of subject- and language-qualified experts. Timelines are determined by the length and complexity of assignments. The Project Manager works with you to determine a hard deadline that you can count on!
