We give you a firm competitive quote... not just an estimate
At Berkeley Scientific we review all documents you submit and prepare a binding, firm quote stating what we will deliver and the date by which you will receive it. The invoice we send you with the finished translation will be for the amount stated in the quote that you approved.
We take this approach because it is unfair to the customer to have to count the words in the source document and then estimate the number of words that will result in the English translation. We also understand the level of effort required to translate and format tables, insert callouts and labels on graphics, translate and relabel flow charts, and copy/paste equations and symbols.
Our quotes are value-based and allow us to engage the best qualified intellectual property translators. Our prices are competitive and we avoid working with discount offshore translation agencies.
If you require a letter of certification for the purpose of patent filing or use in court we will supply it at no additional cost. Just specify your needs when you place the order.
